    Yum! Made this last night, and it was so tasty. Served it with wild rice and garbanzo beans. Thanks for the inspiration.

    I’ve never heard of it being made with cheese,but I suppose it would be interesting. I do suggest using a good Italian marsala,not one that’s the same as the sheriff of Mayberry’s last name.

  3. Yes, the cheese is a bit of an aberration for Chicken Marsala, but we love the slightly smoking addition of provolone. And yes, a good marsala makes a better Chicken Marsala! Definitely choose a dry marsala and avoid sweet versions for this dish.
